When we are driving on the highway and an accident happens ,we stop to render assistance,if no law enforcement officers are on the scene ,as an Amateur Radio Operator we take charge of the situation until law enforcement arrived on the scene.Then after we hand over to law enforcement and proceed on our journey this is why we are special people.
TTARL {9Y4TTL} will cooperate with the relevant Government,statutory body or official agency in all ways in matters of Law enforcement,Public emergency or National security.
